Nessecity of solar system for the peoples of Baluchistan

Solar system being very effective for this region could be the only alternate of conventional source of Electricity. The situation of this area is worsening with each passing year, the demand and supply curves are passing each other very fluently. Pakistan and especially Baluchistan government never had worked for the production of electricity except on depending on the electricity being purchased from Iran and other provinces of Pakistan. Baluchistan do not have any hydro power plants except one coal plant and the same is nonfunctional for many years, and if the same is brought functional that cant fulfill the needs of the peoples of Baluchistan. Baluchistan do not have huge industries, while they need electricity for their farms, and the water level here is falling very rapidly and hence causing an alarming situation for the government as the farmers will be in need of more powerful machines to pull water from the depths for their big farms, hence causing troubles for the WAPDA.

Hence the government need to go for an alternate of the same conventional sources of electricity, and the Solar Energy is the best source they can adopt for the peoples of this area, as Baluchistan lies in the red line of the solar radiation chart. Sunshine Solar Tube well Pump

Sunshine solar system installed a Solar tube well pump in district Qilla Saifullah Baluchistan. The name of the village though is Killi Pitao Simbzai, Qilla Saifullah. The water level there was 50 feets, and the pump was installed at 80 feets depth. The pump sucks arround 7000 Gallons of water in a day. The pump was insatlled with 1600 watts of PV Array and with a DC Submersible Pump PS-1800 Lorentz.

Village Kurd Solarized

Village Kurd is situated about 70 kilometers away from Chaghi city. It is a refugees affected area; hence RAHA a Program of UNDP is working in the same area. Kurd Village is a tribal area and is power less area and were living under the light of gasoline lamps, their day almost finishes after Isha prayer. They don’t have enough economy to burn diesel for lightning system hence living in a very poor and unhealthy situation. They do have schools and the kids have to finish their daily routine work plus their school homework before the end of the day.

RAHA worked in the area, they formed certain communities amongst such villages and Killi Kurd was one of these communities. The community is then educated about their needs and taught how to make best ways to coupe out these problems. They are then given certain amount of money and given a choice to find out their basic need and fulfill the same from the said money. After meeting with different community members Mr. Dost Ali (Chairman of Killi Kurd RAHA community) decided to electrify their village with new technology Solar. They decided to give their children the light of their life. They decided to step forward to meet the challenges of new era.

Sunshine solar system sends teams for the survey of the area and formed best systems for the village and its environment. Poll frames were designed for the panels as they had mud roofs so it was not possible to mount a Stand frame over these roofs; hence the poll frame was the best option. Sunshine Solar team was also assigned to do electric fitting for bulbs and other requirements. The villagers very warmly welcomed sunshine solar team, as they were about to avail the lights of their life, Sunshine solar team begins with installing the systems.

Special panel called PV panel is created first, which is composed of small cells in million in one frame, these tiny cells stores energy from the sun rays and then these tiny cells energy is converted in to DC form of electricity, which flows through the wires and form a powerfull electricity.
then we have AC penal down in the electrical box, the AC penal converts the Direct current to the Alternative current, and sends the beam of AC to the Inverters(specially designed by Avator Impex FZE) which inverts the beam of electricty to the battery to be stored. he battery store the Electricity and send it to the charge controller which controlls the electricty according to the need of consumer.
We got a software installed on the electctrical box, which shows the battery usage and the rate of electricty flows.
